Through the newsletter subscription system, we collect your first name, last name and email address.
Booking an individual appointment or registering for proposed events generates the recording of your first and last name, email address, and telephone number. If the payment for the proposed service requires the production of an invoice, your postal address will also be required.
When you contact us spontaneously for information, by email or telephone, this same data may be recorded, only after your consent.

2. Storage and use of data
The data collected is stored on an external computer medium, accessible only to the manager, Alexandra Kort.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, the data you enter is temporarily stored on secure servers behind a firewall.
Postal addresses are used for invoicing; telephone numbers are used for emergency exchanges regarding the services offered (cancellation or last-minute scheduling issues); emails are used for regular information regarding news from the site and occasionally from its partners, or for follow-up after events and individual appointments.
The data is exclusively reserved for the above-mentioned uses, within the framework of the activities of the alexandrakort.com site and is not communicated elsewhere.
The postal and telephone data register is updated every three years. Individuals who have not been "active" (participating in an event or attending an individual appointment) are removed. The last update took place in March 2025.
Only names, first names, email addresses, collected with informed consent (either by your registration to the newsletter, or by oral agreement), are kept until an active request from you either by unsubscribing using the link included in the newsletter, or by sending an email to the address below.
